Welcome to Mike Richmond Construction
Mike Richmond is part of a multi-generational family that was born and raised in Margate, NJ. Mike has been involved in construction his whole life, and has had his own building company since the ‘80s. Mike Richmond Builder, LLC has our own crew of carpenters that have been with the company for over 20 years. Our main objective at Mike Richmond Builder is to meet and surpass the expectations of all of our clients.
Our Services
New Constructions
We generally build 3 or four new homes every year to keep good supervision of the project. We are not spec builders, so the materials we use and our subcontractors are of the highest quality. We work with the homeowner to ensure that they are getting what they want and within their budget. We also set up a schedule at the beginning and strive to stick with that timeframe as close as possible. We are proud to have many repeat clients.
Additions & Renovations
Mike has been involved in construction and business ownership for most of his adult life. This gives him the knowledge needed to be able to add additions and renovate homes. We can do everything from facelifts to kitchens to whole house renovations, including house lifting. Because of his experience, Mike can foresee certain situations and include them in his pricing, so there is not much of a price change during construction.
Commercial Work
Mike started his construction career doing commercial construction. Although we do not do a lot of commercial work in general, in the last few years, we have done several office buildings, restaurants, and even a jewelry store! His knowledge and experience doing both types of construction provide an invaluable resource to his clients and customers. Again, Mike goes the extra mile to get commercial work done on time and on budget.
