ABOUT MIKE

Born and raised in Margate City, New Jersey, Mike Richmond's journey in construction began during his time at Stockton College. His passion for the field deepened over a five-year project in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he worked on building a health and fitness center. In 1994, Mike returned to Margate and, in partnership with his brother, co-founded Richmond Brothers Builders. By 2012, Mike was ready to expand further and, with the support of his long-time foreman Mike Rundio, established Mike Richmond Builder LLC.

Mike now plays a key role in enhancing the continuity, durability, and aesthetic appeal of homes throughout the South Jersey area. He remains a resident of Margate, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. His extensive local experience has fostered strong relationships with architects, building departments, and a loyal client base, enriching his knowledge and dedication to the community.
